This policy applies to all students enrolled in Zart OnlineMasterClass, a brand operated by Zart Entertainment Studios Private Limited. 

Terms and Conditions for Zart OnlineMasterclass

 Limited License: Zart OnlineMasterclass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Academy for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any content from the Academy without prior written consent from Zart OnlineMasterclass.

3. Courses and Payments

Course Enrollment: By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified course fee. All course fees are non-refundable, except as provided by applicable law or our refund policy.

Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information, and you authorize us to charge the specified fees to your chosen payment method.

Course Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the enrolled course for the duration specified for that course.

4. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Academy for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of the Academy or other users' experience.

Respect for Others: You agree to interact with other users and instructors with respect and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, or any inappropriate behavior towards others is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property & Student Work Usage 

All artworks, projects, and assignments created by students during the course under Zart OnlineMasterClass mentorship may be used by Zart for promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes. Proper credit will be given to the student wherever applicable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zart OnlineMasterclass makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Academy.

Zart OnlineMasterclass does not guarantee the outcomes or results of any courses or projects undertaken through the Academy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zart OnlineMasterclass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Academy.

8. Modification and Termination

Zart OnlineMasterclass reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Academy or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

Zart OnlineMasterclass may terminate your access to the Academy for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
